Appliance Response (a division of Blue Mountains Appliance Service) was established in 2002 after owner Rob Brown spent many years as a Service Technician in Sydney for some large manufacturers, including Kleenmaid, Bendix & Asko Appliances Australia. As a small Appliance service business we can focus on personalised efficient service, both time & cost, to achieve satisfactory results every time!

All repairs are guaranteed for 3 months workmanship & usually 6 months on any parts installed, dependant on the warranty supplied by the Brand supplier. We carry a broad inventory of parts for the brands we service & any parts required for service but not in stock will be ordered as required. Service calls are arranged with the customer by arranging a suitable day then a 2 – 3 hour time frame given as a guide.

Most repairs can be completed within 30 to 45 minutes; however advice will be given as soon as possible in the event a repair will take longer.
